Practical insights and strategic clarity for revenue executives.

Join a circle of leaders who receive this note weekly.

Stop Scrolling.

Most executives spend hours every week navigating noise — dashboards, meetings, and posts that overcomplicate simple truths.

This note exists to cut through that.

As a revenue leader, small shifts in clarity often create the biggest impact at scale.

You do not need more tactics. You need sharper thinking.

Each week, I send one focused note — short enough to read in three minutes, valuable enough to stay with you all week.

The Format

ONE idea. TWO examples. THREE valuable recommendations.

My goal: to help you lead with clarity and structure.

Who Is Behind This

Hi, I’m Henry Kayser — sales leader, advisor, speaker, and the author of this weekly note.

Over twenty years ago, I started my career writing a short market update for our executive team. It was a simple document, but it forced me to think clearly. What mattered? What moved the market? What would impact decisions?

Every serious leader needs clarity — a rhythm of reflection that does three things:

  1. Creates focus

  2. Filters the noise

  3. Makes better decisions possible

Over the past decade, I’ve helped scale sales organisations at Oracle and Zoom. Today, I am often called by leaders for advice and guidance. And like many of them, I have felt the frustration of shallow, tactical advice online. The feeling off missing a clear signal.

So I built one.

Now, I write this weekly note to keep you in the loop. To offer more depth than a LinkedIn post and help you lead with confidence.

This is my way of giving back, consistently and at scale, sharing what has worked for me and for other leaders that I know or have worked with.

I hope you’ll join the circle and enjoy the notes.

Each one is short, practical, and designed to make your week a little clearer.
